Nymphaea caerulea, or blue lotus, or Egyptian lotus, blue water lily is a water lily of the genus Nyphaea. This flower has a long history and was revered and used in ancient Egyptian civilization. It contains the psychoactive substance aporphine. It was believed that the flower was a gift from the gods to bring about healing, relaxation and an increase in consciousness.
The effects of the Blue Lotus are experienced as both narcotic and euphoric; mild hallucinations may occur at higher doses. It is also used as a sexual stimulant and potency enhancer, especially in problems with a psychological cause it proves very effective.
Blue Lotus 15x Tincture 10ml
The usual dosage of the tincture is 6 to 10 drops twice daily in some juice, water or under the tongue. Store in a cool and dark place.
