Blue Lotus gives a pleasant, euphoric to ecstatic feeling.
Nymphaea caerulea, or blue lotus, or Egyptian lotus is a water lily in the genus Nyphaea. This flower has a long history and was revered and used in ancient Egyptian civilization. It contains the psychoactive substance aporphine. It was believed that the flower was a gift from the gods to bring about healing, relaxation and an increase in consciousness.
The effects of the Blue Lotus are experienced as both narcotic and euphoric; mild hallucinations may occur at higher doses. It is also used as a sexual stimulant and potency enhancer, especially in problems with a psychological cause it proves very effective.
Blue Lotus Flowers 25 grams
Use: Take 5 grams per person and steep in hot water for Lotus tea.
The traditional Egyptian drink is made by soaking the flowers in wine for several hours. Use about 5 grams of Blue Lotus per bottle, more will make the wine very bitter and very difficult to drink.
